Rates and important information.

  • The flat rate for dinner party planning services is $200, which covers the planner’s coordination and event preparation.

    The client agrees to reimburse the planner for any additional expenses incurred in preparation for the event. Additional costs may include, but are not limited to, flowers, décor, rentals, specialty items, or other materials requested by the client. All additional expenses will be discussed and approved by the client prior to purchase.

    A $100 deposit is required at the start of planning. The remaining balance and any additional expenses will be invoiced separately and are payable upon receipt.

    02 Catering sourcing
    03 Stationary - Invitations, menus, place cards, etc.
    04 Venue (we encourage to host at the home)
    05 Set table with dinnerware and cutlery provided by host’s collection
